STREET STOCK RULES

FOR TURKEY DERBY XXXV

With the exception of the following amendments, the 2007 Wall Street Stock Rules will be in effect and enforced.

TIRES AND WHEELS

• All cars MUST run Hoosier 980 tires.

• NO tire softeners.
• 8” Max Steel Wheel.

WEIGHT

• Minimum weight for any car 3200 lbs.

• NO left side weight rule.
• All weights checked AFTER feature and heats with driver.

MOTORS & CARBS

• Any 9:1 Motor that was not a legal 2007 Wall Street Stock MUST add 100 pounds
• 10:1 Street Stock Motors 3400 lbs.
• Maximum Compression - 10:1.
• Holley 4412 Carburetor only. Must pass track inspection gauges.
• Max one 1” Carburetor spacer allowed.
• Edlebrock 2100 series performer intakes only.

EXHAUST, CLUTCH & SHOCKS

• 3” Exhaust max with use of 24222 or 24215 Dynomax muffler only.

• Any block hugger street type header allowed.
• NO adaptor/ spacer plates.
• NO Crossover/ 180 type headers allowed.
• NO “H”/ “X”/ Crossover type pipe(s) allowed.
• 30 lb Flywheel/ clutch/ pressure plate rule. Minimum 10 ½” Clutch.
• Steel Non-Adjustable shocks only.

NO RADIOS (Driver to Crew).

MUST HAVE RACE RECEIVER.

Only one mirror in upper windshield area only.

Cars must be registered with the office stating their engine/weights combination and must be detailed on the hood.

FEATURE DETAILS

• Any driver who causes a yellow three times (or 2 times by himself) in an event will be removed from that event at the discretion of the starter or race director.

• A TIME LIMIT WILL BE ISSUED ON ALL FEATURES.
• LENGTH OF FEATURE AND TIME TO BE DETERMINED.
