INEX Legends Cars Feature
#40 - Luke Marzano - Credited with last position for failure to present car for required tire inspection after finishing in the top 3 for the feature race.

Value Towing Factory Stock Feature
#3 - Gregg Clerico - Disqualified for having unapproved parts in the carburetor

#22 - Tom Fratesi- Disqualified for having unapproved parts in the carburetor

#32 - Glenn Osborne - Disqualified for failure to meet minimum weight requirements after the feature race.

#42 -  Danny Collamer - Disqualified for failure to present car for tech inspection when requested to do so by the officials

#79 - Steve Weber - Disqualified for failure to present car for tech inspection when requested to do so by the officials

#005 - Felix Ciattarelli - Disqualified for failure to present car for tech inspection when requested to do so by the officials

#06 - Vern McLaughlin - Disqualified for having unapproved parts on the exhaust system.

Saturday May 12th

Street Stock Feature
#9 Ron Hyer placed behind the #09 after an on track altercation.

Modified Feature
#55, Steven Reed, probation for the remainder of the 2007 racing season for endangering track personal during a caution period.

#99, Crew member Jennifer Okerson, probation for the reminder of the 2007 racing season for abusive actions towards a track official.

#76, John Blewett lll disqualified from the feature on 5/12/2007 and suspended for one additional points race for a total suspension of two weeks for inappropriate actions, running into a competitor during a caution period on 5/12/2007. Also a fine of $500.00 to be donated to the Victory Junction Gang Camp.

Value Towing Factory Stock Feature
#21, Joe Costandi, DQ for 5/12/2006 for actions taken during the feature race. Additional one week suspension for on track actions during a caution period.

Saturday May 5th

Value Towing Factory Stock Feature
#3 Gregg Clerico,
Disqualified for failure to meet mandatory minimum engine vacuum requirements during post race inspection.
